## Scope and result

Administrative triage of all 55 open PRs. All exact PR heads have successful UD capture integrity runs; zero GitHub review submissions were returned. This is not a new mathematical replay or independent scientific review. Physical promotion remains 0.

Local merge-tree: 55/55 clean against the pinned main. Remote mergeability was unknown. A clean local merge does not satisfy required-review or current integration checks.

The current main failure is a README-only commit whose push diff contains no new event; the logged assertion is `repository change needs a new event`. No hash mismatch was reported in that run. This capture does not rewrite the historical commit or claim to repair its check.

## PR dispositions

Every older capture remains preserved. A successor updates a stated scope, not the historical evidence. #61 corrects the labeled carrier representatives in #57; #119 shortens the #117 writer deadline; #121 preserves #120 and #122 preserves #121 as source dependencies. Narrative and atlas versions retain historical scope; the latest presentation is not a reason to close older unintegrated captures.

The imported source-to-issue links are navigational follow-ups, not automatic closing references. #123/#159 retain draft review gates; #159 historical board-pending text is now superseded administratively by #124 configuration receipt. #77 additionally modifies AGENTS.md and requires explicit governance review. ## Verification and limitations

Exact head SHAs, file/blob identities, integrity run IDs, review responses, issue bodies, references and local merge-tree results are retained in TRIAGE.json. Native relation readback is retained separately. The GitHub reviews endpoint is a platform receipt only; no off-platform review absence is inferred. Required branch protection rules remain unverified where unavailable; an empty repository ruleset list does not disprove other protection. The 37-item backlog predates later main-branch scientific captures; full scientific frontier reconciliation is a separate gate.

Recommended integration order after the gate closes: (1) source/provenance and scoped correction chain; (2) foundational atlas/source-contract captures; (3) native dynamics and refinement addenda; (4) observation/acquisition and physical analogue chain; (5) administrative reconciliation captures. Within each group use explicit source dependencies and recheck the exact combined tree. No bulk merge is recommended.

## Integration follow-up

Issue #174 tracks the main README/event failure. Required branch-protection checks could not be read through the integration (403); the repository ruleset list was empty. No security configuration was changed. All 37 original children and four blocking links were verified through native API readback. Seven parent issues #167–#173 were created. #174 is an additional operations follow-up, not one of the original 37.
