## 1. Theorem and execution receipts

Recovered exact original bytes for the theorem SHA47fea91d...,execution-record SHA762916a...,Gemini report SHA197022db...,score ledger and custodian-ruling document SHAe5d4ea74.... All8 files bound by the historical CRL2d manifest pass their declared SHA256 checks. The CRL2c executor output also matches the execution record's commitment hash708eaad9.... Byte linkage is verified; the historical pre-unseal chronology and reported outcomes were not independently re-executed or re-observed.

The custodian-ruling document is now recovered,not merely its summary. It records18 September2026,PROMOTE_TO_CRL2D and the permanent rider:transport consistency,not dynamical discovery. It does not name/sign a custodian. An original attributable approval remains unrecovered. The Gemini/Google replication report is external-AI evidence as declared by that report;it is not independent-human review. The report's raw-output commitment ca00425a... remains unresolved after searching the source index and recovered parity ZIP members. No new promotion is issued and no historical status is silently changed.

## 2. Remaining21 source entries

Recovered the archived portal catalog record and its linked source artifact for all21 previously snapshot-only source IDs. Each catalog and artifact matches the bootstrap source index;the exact record is retained. These include15 text/JSON artifacts,4 releaseZIPs and2 PDFs. No recovered code was executed.

The recovery classes remain distinct:24 files with original hashes explicitly declared in the v0.14 graph,and21 route-linked artifacts whose bytes are bound by portal177 catalogs and source index. All45 v0.14 source IDs now have a custody route. This does not prove that the rendered snapshots were produced from those exact source versions,nor recover all original authorship or every scientific package dependency. The archive source is frozen;no live-source freshness is asserted.

## Open gates

Issue126 stays open for full proof-DAG/all-ledger coverage,rendered-text/source-version equivalence where needed,the raw Gemini output,and named custodian/approval provenance. Earlier no-match results remain preserved at their original narrower search scope. This append-only receipt closes source location and file-byte retrieval for the declared21 routes only. Constructor custody checks are not independent proof review or empirical evidence.

Gap2_FINAL_Finite_Genesis.png remains unavailable and unused;re-upload for image-dependent work.
