The source filename says v0.85; its inherited scientific_revision field says v0.43. Both fields are preserved. The archive text search found no EXIT-03 specification in its declared scope.

The action-ratio direction is explicit.

O14 defines η_A = A₀/ℏ. O15 assigns B₀ mass dimensions, giving A₀ = B₀a₀²/τ₀ the dimensions of action. In the declared lifted map, unit support and one positive winding give I = π and native action πA₀.

This substitution does not independently derive the primitive holonomy map or identify the native action with a physical quantum.
